New NPDES Permit Application Effective Now in PA (7/2007)

There is a new NPDES (National Pollution Discharge Elimination System) permit application(NOI – Notice of Intent) that must be used throughout Pennsylvania. The new form is effective immediately. The Juniata CCD can no longer accept the older version of the NPDES permit.
